I haven’t had the opportunity to post anything here for over a month.  I was out of the Land for a few weeks, but I’m back to work now. Some highlights of the things that you may have missed in the past monthish: Our core interest rate was raised by the Bank of Israel 0.25%, to 1.75%. The prime rate is now 3.25% Inflation for June was 0.3%. For July it was 0.5%. The last time I wrote here 1 New Israeli Shekel would get you 0.258 US$. Today you could get 0.272 US$.
