The amazing still lower interest rate

Here is the official announcement:ריבית בנק ישראל לחודש ינואר 2009 תרד ב-0.75 נקודות אחוז לרמה של 1.75% While this is great news for our clients over the past few years, I’m a little concerned.Right now the prime rate is 3.25%. I’m worried about people taking out loans right now. For “fixed loans” there will be little difference in their rates. Remember what I always say: in mortgages you need to buy high and sell low.
